WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU BOOK

All rooms and apartments are non-smoking rooms; please smoke only on the balcony.

  • Check In: Your room is ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs; you are welcome to arrive earlier and deposit your luggage at the reception desk in between.
  • Check Out: we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms/apartments by 10.30 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure; the main house has an elevator (lift). The outbuildings do not.

Credit Card Guarantee: Communication of your credit card data with expiry date, date and place of birth, tax number for Italian citizens and written consent to debit (by email or fax)You can also communicate your credit card data by telephone. In any case we need a written consent for the debit.

Pets are not allowed in our house.

Dogs on a leash are allowed in some areas of the restaurant. We would be very grateful if you would let us know if you are coming to dinner with a dog.

For a better understanding:

The Pernhof consist of three buildings next to each other.

The rooms/apartments in the "Weisshorn", "Comfort" and "Suite" categories are located in the main building. The "Talblick" double rooms are located in the annexe.

The Rooms 101 - 304 are located in the "Ansitz am Eck"

All rooms have the same comfort standards, are renovated, spacious and bright.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES

Sometimes things turn out differently…

We all look forward to our holidays. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may have to cancel your booked stay. It is unpleasant to incur costs in such situations. At the same time, an empty room also represents a loss for the hotel, which is why cancellation fees apply.

Cancellation Policy

There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection regulations. Nevertheless, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.

  • If you have made a deposit, it will be refunded minus a €20.00 administrative fee.

  • Upon request, we are happy to convert your deposit into a voucher, which can be used at any time should you wish to postpone your stay.

  • In case of cancellation from 7 to 0 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

As a small family-run hotel, we rely on maintaining a high occupancy rate. We therefore trust that cancellations at short notice will only occur in cases of emergency.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled room can be rebooked, either fully or partially.
